Blue Rug Juniper is an evergreen, conifer ground cover.  Hardy in zones 5-9.  Drought & heat tolerant once established.  Mature height 4 inches high by 8 to 10 feet wide, very flat and creeping.  Plant 4 – 5 feet apart.

Junipers have a tolerance to adverse conditions. Junipers generally enjoy full sun and good drainage. During summer droughts they withstand heat and dry conditions much better than most ornamentals.
