Blue Pacific Juniper is a fast growing blue-green, evergreen, conifer ground cover.  Hardy in zones 5-9.  Drought & heat tolerant once established.  Mature height 10 – 18 inches.  Mature width, 6-7 feet.  Plant 4 – 5 feet apart

Junipers have a tolerance to adverse conditions. Junipers generally enjoy full sun and good drainage. During summer droughts they withstand heat and dry conditions much better than most ornamentals.
